The Breitling Super Constellation is the last one of this legendary commercial airliner of the 1950s still flying in Europe. Purchased in 2003 in the USA by the Swiss association "Super Constellation Flyers Association", it was lovingly restored with the support of the sponsor Breitling, and has been operated for sightseeing flights ever since. This year, the Breitling Super Conny will be sixty years old - and Nuremberg airport as well. At "Herpa's Open House", we pay our respects to both birthday children.
| .jpg) | On July 4, 2015, the Breitling Super Constellation will land at Nuremberg airport after flying a lap of honor over Herpa's company premises in Dietenhofen. For legal reasons, flights on this airplane are limited to association members, but we will still get you into the Conny's cockpit. Experience a varied program including touring the Breitling Super Conny and the Herpa production facility in Dietenhofen. The price of 60 euros includes a special edition of the Herpa model of this beautiful airplane in the 1/500 scale.
Participation is reserved for Herpa Wings Club members, and due to capacity constraints, limited to thirty people. We will reserve places on the tour in the order in which we receive the registrations: send yours to Herpa Miniaturmodelle GmbH,
Herpa Wings Club, P.O. Box 40, 90597 Dietenhofen, Germany, or by email to: eva-maria.schroeder@herpa.de. This is included in the admission fee: 10.00 h: Meeting at Nuremberg airport. Afterwards check-in and ride to the apron to get a perfect view of the landing of the Super Constellation.
11.00 h: Landing of the Super Constellation and tour of the airplane.
12.30 h: Bus transfer to Dietenhofen, then lunch, tour of Herpa's production facility, and "Open House" program.
Afterwards return to Nuremberg airport, Farewell of the Super Constellation from the visitor's terrace.

Volvo FH Gl. XL chromium plated foodtank semitrailer "Troll"
In 1947, when Europe’s economy was devastated, Felix Troll founded Troll Transporte. In two years work, he built his first vehicle from an accident wreck. In the beginning, Troll transported its goods in wood barrels – today they have the latest heated and isolated multi-chamber tank trailers, equipped with individual pumping facilities. In 2007, for the 60th anniversary, the company cooperated with the international transport company Wemmers from Holland. This and 320 truck units made Troll a European player while the Tyrol location was sustainably ensured.

From June 8 through 13, 2015, you can visit the Herpa fair team at the Interschutz in Hannover.
Exclusively for the Interschutz, Herpa presents a Mercedes-Benz Arocs L Empl Wrecker Bison (EUR 49,50) as well as a Mercedes-Benz Atego 2013 aerial ladder L32A-XS (EUR 39,50) and a MAN TGS M TLF 24/60 (29,50 €) in a special Interschutz box.
We look forward to welcoming you at stand E03/4 in hall 25. Members of our clubs will be invited to a club drink.

Show us your hidden talents, and present your best piece at our redesigned open house event.
On July 4, 2015, we will display your model together with all other entries, and the audience will choose the most convincing miniature landscapes among them all. The first three place-getters will receive shopping vouchers valued at up to 250 Euros - while among those turning in appraisals, we will raffle three shopping vouchers of 25 Euros each.
