For many years, Herpa has been releasing a Christmas model in a limited edition with numbered certificate. In 2016, this exclusive tradition is continued with three models. The mix of retail novelties ranges from "Henglein" series
and the "Rust-Porsche", the new facelift of Audi A5 Coupé to fascinating classics like the new Showtruck of the forwarder "Trio-Trans", the newly designed Scania R tractor of the "Herpa Monument Truck" as well as the extraordinary collectors´ items like the "Colonia" flat-bed semitrailer with a Liebherr crawler excavator of the wrecker "Harzheim".
The European Football Championship fleet at Herpa
As sponsor of the European Football Championship, Turkish Airlines has dedicated a special livery to the event. While on the subject of football,
we also release additional Fanhansa models from Lufthansa, and the
Emirates Superstars series is continued with the livery representing Paris St. Germain. In the 1/200 scale, the Airbus A330-200 is premiered in an Air France livery. Other highlights are special designs like the Expo livery of Alitalia, the
Transall C-160 featuring anniversary paintwork, and the CSA A319 flying the

There is a model vehicle series from home available especially from retailers in Baden-Württemberg. About 110,000 firemen are active full-time or as volunteers in Baden-Württemberg - and parked in the garages of their fire brigades you'll find invariably find Mercedes-Benz T2 vehicles. The fire engines of the districts Rohracker and Plieningen as well as a Sprinter of the Stuttgart fire brigade are already available. |  | Aero Lloyd McDonnell Douglas MD-83
With the introduction of the first MD-83 in 1986, Aero Lloyd not only received one of the most modern jets of its time, equipped with seats for 167 passengers, but also simultaneously a new color scheme. You should also note down the date of the Herpa Open House: On July 9, 2016, Herpa will demonstrate how a model is produced, and host a big party for all Herpa fans at Herpa headquarters in Dietenhofen near Nuremberg.
