Present your conversions to the Herpa Team and win great prizes! | [Beispiel_English],
With components from Herpa’s parts service and some skill, you can create your very individual collector’s item – and now gain some recognition! The Herpa Conversion Tour will be coming to you in 2016 to award prizes to the best conversions of the year.
Apply to make your appearance at one of these dates at your nearest retailer and with a bit of luck you might win a 250 Euro goods voucher!
Private conversions based on a 1/87 scale Herpa model are allowed to participate. Furthermore, they may be no more than 30 cm in length and can’t be animated, articulated or illuminated. Only the Herpa PC showcase is allowed as a base (no mini diorama or own base).
Participate and win 250 Euros
Up to six days prior to the event you can register online or at your participating retailer, and upload a clear photo of the conversion. From all entries, an expert jury will choose the most beautiful conversions which will then be displayed at the retailer’s shop.
The visitors on-site then vote by ballot on which conversion inspires them the most – so make sure you bring your friends along to vote for you! One hour before closing-time the votes will be are counted and the winner announced. The best conversion wins 250 Euros in the form of a voucher for the respective shop, while among the voters we will raffle a shopping voucher for 25 Euros. | | Your conversion of the year 2016
Among all winners of the individual Conversion Tour locations, we will select the conversion of the year on Facebook between December 23, 2016 and December 31, 2016, with additional great prizes in the offing!

Hess was founded more than 30 years ago as an industry assembly company in Dorweiler/Dommershausen – close to Koblenz. Since the very beginning of its company history it was obvious that Hess required another site in the Rhineland area, ideally with a favourable connection to the Ruhr region. This is how Düsseldorf became the second site of the company. Managed and administrated by these two locations Hess developed within the following decades to a worldwide operating assembler that due to professional work processes and individual equipment is nowadays a leading contractor for complete handling of relocating plants and machines. A partial edition of this exclusive model is now also available from the Herpa brands shop.

You should also note down the date of the Herpa Open House: On July 9, 2016, Herpa will demonstrate how a model is produced, and host a big party for all Herpa fans at Herpa headquarters in Dietenhofen near Nuremberg.
