Volvo FH jumbo curtain canvas semitrailer "Scales"

Located near Paris, SCALES group is the main French specialist as for abnormal transportation and heavy handling. Daily routine for SCALES: Land transporting a 800-ton submarine, setting a 500-ton generator on a 16-meter high foundation, or skidding a 1500-ton civil structure. Originally produced as a regional exclusive for the French market, a partial edition of this exclusive model is now also available from the Herpa brands shop.

Model year 2016 - All dates to note down!

In the new model building year 2016, Herpa will remain always close at hand - and not just in the more than 3,000 specialized toy and model stores, which represent Herpa models all around the globe. Our fair team is always on the move with our stand to present you the latest new releases, show you great models or simply to listen to your feedback on site.

For your convenience, you will find all fair dates set so far for 2016 on our website. You should also note down the date of the Herpa Open House: On July 9, 2016, Herpa will demonstrate how a model is produced, and host a big party for all Herpa fans at Herpa headquarters in Dietenhofen near Nuremberg.

Visit the Herpa Museum in Dietenhofen

Small models, big surprises: in the World of Motion museum in Dietenhofen, Germany, we show you the great variety of products we have manufactured from the early days in 1978.

Enjoy the fascination of our models on more than 400 square meters of exhibition space featuring various collection themes, sample models, and large dioramas for fans of vehicles and airplanes.

You have always wanted to know how a Herpa model is manufactured? Our museum has a multimedia area, and you can get an impression of what it takes to produce an airplane and a truck model, from the first plans and sketches to the shipping of the finished models.

After such an interesting tour, we suggest you complete your visit to our museum with a tour around our shop, which also carries special models and last supplies of models sold out long ago.

Monday, closed
Tuesday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday, 9 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
