Herpa at the International Motor Show | Dear Herpa-Fan
Electro mobility, alternative fuels and new designs will be presented at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt/Main from September 12 through 22, 2013. At the world’s biggest automobile exhibition about 1,000 exhibitors present their innovations around the topics vehicles, technology and accessories. Herpa will present the little brothers of the IAA highlights in the 1/87 scale at its stand in the foyer of hall 4.1: Included are the new Audi A3 Convertible and the new GLA class, which will both be premiered at the IAA. After many years, Herpa has once again begun a new scale with the VW Golf and the Audi A3 – now it is even expanded. At the IAA, Herpa will premier models of the new Audi A3 Convertible in the 1/43 scale.

Only as long as stocks last: limited-edition fair model
Exclusively for the fair in Frankfurt, a very special fair highlight was produced for you: In 2011, Audi presented the Audi R8 Spyder as a special edition in sphere blue metallic at the IAA. This collector’s item is now solely available at Herpa’s fair stand in Frankfurt – a limited edition of 500 items in a special IAA box – as long as stocks last. Even more models for car fans will be available at the model car exchange “Automania”, which takes place directly in hall 4.1 at the IAA from September 21 through 22, 2013.

Since 1993, Herpa fans can experience our models and their production in Dietenhofen. From now on the museum awaits you with new exhibits and displays.
Discover the path of a Herpa model, from development to distribution, images and models from times past, as well as completely reworked exhibits. New in the museums shop: a trove of interesting models from the Herpa archives.
Herpa museum's opening hours:
Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday, 9 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
