Mercedes-Benz Actros Streamspace fuel tank semitrailer "Schwarzmüller"

Schwarzmüller is able to look back on a 140 year tradition in the utility vehicle industry. The company was established as a small smithy and is Europe’s fourth largest manufacturer of superstructures, truck trailers and semitrailers today. With an annual delivery of about 7,000 utility vehicles, Schwarzmüller is considered market leader even beyond Austria. A partial edition of this exclusive model is now also available from the Herpa trademark shop.

When thinking of Martin Wittwer AG from Wattenwil, Bern, people automatically imagine the pretty light-blue trucks with the yellow ornamental stripes and Scania griffin on the driver’s cabs. The vehicles already attract attention from a distance as well as envious looks. Even more so because most of the vehicles are “well” motorized. However, this power is not only for fun and pleasure but needed for the everyday transport services offered. Martin Wittwer AG offers a variety of those; inter alia log transport vehicles with crane, telescopic trailers or flat-bed trailers. Part of the fleet is also this Scania R stanchion trailer. A partial edition of this industry model is now also available from the Herpa trademark shop.

Diorama competition 2013 - Register now!


Show us your hidden talents, and present your best piece at our redesigned open house event.

On July 6, 2013, we will display your diorama together with all other entries, and the audience will choose the most convincing miniature landscapes among them all. The first three place-getters will receive shopping vouchers valued at up to 250 Euros - while among those turning in appraisals, we will raffle three shopping vouchers of 25 Euros each.
