New eXtra releases at the Herpa trademark shop


Mercedes-Benz Sprinter RTW "Dusseldorf fire department"

The fire brigade Dusseldorf accomplishes about 110,000 operations a year. Over 1,000 paramedics and 80 emergency physicians are on stand-by for the rescue service. On 365 days a year, 5 emergency physicians and 23 ambulance vehicles are organized in 24-hour-shifts. Annually more than 100,000 rides are carried out – the dispatch center coordinates moving of sick persons and swift deployments of the nearest fire station with latest technology. An important part of the fleet is this Mercedes-Benz Sprinter emergency vehicle. A partial edition of this exclusive model is now also available at the Herpa trademark shop.

Mercedes-Benz Actros LH box trailer "Allenbach"

Allenbach Transport AG from Switzerland with headquarters in Erlinsbach specializes in transportation of goods of any kind. Originally, this special model was reserved for our Swiss retailers – a partial edition is now also available at the Herpa trademark shop.

Visit the Herpa Museum in Dietenhofen

Small models, big surprises: in the World of Motion museum in Dietenhofen, Germany, we show you the great variety of products we have manufactured from the early days in 1978.

Enjoy the fascination of our models on more than 400 square meters of exhibition space featuring various collection themes, sample models, and large dioramas for fans of vehicles and airplanes.

You have always wanted to know how a Herpa model is manufactured? Our museum has a multimedia area, and you can get an impression of what it takes to produce an airplane and a truck model, from the first plans and sketches to the shipping of the finished models.

After such an interesting tour, we suggest you complete your visit to our museum with a tour around our shop, which also carries special models and last supplies of models sold out long ago.

During a special Toy Fair exhibition until the end of March, we will present first models of the new types 2013 from the areas Cars & Trucks, Minitanks and Wings as well as the lower-priced plastic snap-on models of the Snap-Fit-Series.

Herpa museum's opening hours:

Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday, 9 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Diorama competition 2013 - Register now!


Show us your hidden talents, and present your best piece at our redesigned open house event.

On July 6, 2013, we will display your diorama together with all other entries, and the audience will choose the most convincing miniature landscapes among them all. The first three place-getters will receive shopping vouchers valued at up to 250 Euros - while among those turning in appraisals, we will raffle three shopping vouchers of 25 Euros each.
