Dear Herpa-Fan,

In the new model building year 2014, Herpa will remain always close at hand - and not just in the more than 3,000 specialized toy and model stores, which represent Herpa models all around the globe. Our fair team is always on the move with our stand to present you the latest new releases, show you great models or simply to listen to your feedback on site.

For your convenience, you will find all fair dates set so far for 2014 on our website. You should also note down the date of the Herpa Open House: On July 5, 2014, Herpa will demonstrate how a model is produced, and host a big party for all Herpa fans at Herpa headquarters in Dietenhofen near Nuremberg.

MAN TGX XL box semitrailer "MAN"

Since the wax truck’s official commissioning by the DSV athletes, this high-tech vehicle has been operated at all World Cups. The 400,000 Euro MAN vehicle offers technicians and athletes ideal conditions to prepare skis. The wax truck offers room for 380 pairs of skis on specially designed roll-out racks. Each of the five technician work stations is equipped with a suction unit to make wearing protective masks against the poisonous vapors when waxing the skis a thing of the past. The 18 meter long “black monster” features larger-than-life portraits of the German biathlon elite on both sides – inter alia Magdalena Neuner and Michael Greis. A partial edition of this exclusive model is now also available at the Herpa brands shop.
