In the logistics industry, Baumann stands for heavy loads. In the beginning, it had been converted army vehicles; today, the company is capable of moving up to 1,200 tons with its 40 SPMT center lines. Baumann Schwertransporte owns a variety of heavy load trailers and semitrailers with up to 600 HP, furthermore over 100 Goldhofer center lines, flat beds with a maximum payload of 250 tons capable of transporting nearly any good on the road. Unparalleled in Europe is the 540 ton Greiner low-loaded trailer.

As in 2013, the Herpa Christmas market is open a full three weeks. Until December 20, 2014, the little Christmas village in the Museum Shop will feature new rarities, special models and specialties for collectors, tinkerers and rebuilders.
