Dear Herpa-Fan,

it is an important date in the calendar of events for collectors and model builders alike, and it will finally take place again: the “Faszination Modellbau Friedrichshafen” trade fair from November 5 to 7, 2021. We look forward to many personal meetings and interesting ideas from the numerous collectors and diorama builders in the three-country region.

Very popular among visitors are the trade fair models. At the Faszination Modellbau, there will be two exclusive models this year:

Anyone who has ever been to Friedrichshafen probably also knows that this is the city of the Count von Zeppelin and home of the Zeppelin hangar. Therefore, Herpa presents – exclusively for the Faszination Modellbau – a limited-edition Zeppelin model (535861 for 28.95 euros) in the 1/500 scale with the registration D-FMFN (Faszination Modellbau Friedrichshafen). The design is a Christmas motif – such a motif can also be found on the second trade fair model, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 18 “Friedrichshafen 2021” (944489 for 10 euros). This is also a strictly limited-edition model and is only available at the trade fair stand.

A little tip why a visit is worthwhile for multiple reasons: At the “Faszination Modellbau Friedrichshafen”, there will also be the real-steam indoor meeting, as well as the LEGO FAN exhibition as a real event highlight.
