with the new releases planned for January/February 2022, several new vehicle types will be added to the “Herpa fleet” in the small scale. Among others, the BMW ALPINA B3 now also complements the collection as a Touring. Following the revision of the length regulations for the original vehicles, the truck segment is being expanded by a new curtain canvas semitrailer, which corresponds to the 15-meter long original down to the last detail. In addition, the new aerodynamic Ecoflex semitrailer from Schmitz Cargobull will also join the Herpa range. The portfolio of MAN tractors will be complemented by Herpa’s narrower cab versions MAN TGS TN and TM. In the accessories sector, the new Thermoking Advancer A-400 refrigeration unit will be available from January onwards, as well as the low bar and side bar accessories that are frequently used on many original tractor units.

Two new types will be added to the Herpa Wings fleet. The “TechLion” livery, with which the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer sent its E195-E2 regional jet on a promotional tour, is an unusual eye-catcher. The A330-900neo, the latest version of Airbus's successful aircraft type A330, will be launched with new wings and engines in the beautiful livery of Azul, another Brazilian company. An additional highlight among the new releases for January/February is the model of the Boeing 737-900ER of Alaska Airlines, which is committed to equal educational opportunities for African Americans, as demonstrated by a very successful special livery. With a model of the Boeing 727-200, we commemorate the legendary airline Pan Am, which took off on its last flight with this aircraft 30 years ago.
