Dear Herpa-Fan,

Trucks from all over Europe are the focus of Herpa’s new Cars & Trucks releases planned for September / October. With the Arocs Classic Space, the Mercedes-Benz product family will be extended by a new driver's cab. In addition to attractive originals from Germany, the model collection will be complemented by vehicles from Scandinavia, England, and the Netherlands. Among the police vehicles, the elaborately designed Volkswagen T6 police promotional vehicle from Saxony-Anhalt is a particular eye-catcher. For the well-known concrete mixer truck, the Herpa designers have designed a new drum mount, which now debuts in the Herpa Collection with the MAN TGS NN.

In the Wings section, Herpa celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of the Lockheed L-1011 with a small series, starting with the model of the first TriStar, which was launched in the early 1970s. The fiftieth anniversary of the introduction of Lufthansa’s first Boeing 727-200 inspired Herpa to reproduce this “aviation classic” in the 1/200 scale. Already in high demand is the model of the C-160 of the Air Transport Wing (LTG) 63, which, as the last Transall of the German Air Force, carries an attractive special livery for its farewell. Some airlines also took the opportunity to express their gratitude for the health care and logistics services provided during the coronavirus era by printing a corresponding logo on their aircraft. Herpa takes this as an opportunity to reproduce these special airplanes in the small scale.

The Russian manufacturer StartScaleModels (SSM) presents us with further exciting mold novelties in 1/43rd scale. All models are made of metal and printed. More information in the flyer.
