KVS' history goes back to 1990 when shareholders from the old federal states established "Kranvermietung Sachsen" (crane rental Saxony).

Six years later, in July 1996, Klaus Wittrock from the company group Wittrock obtained the majority of company shares. Next to two other shareholders of the company group, Michael Mross also became a shareholder.

The evolving structural crisis in East Germany as well as the increased competition also entailed drastic measures. Today, a flexible, capable, transparent and especially independent "Kranvermietung & Schwertransporte Michael Mross e.K." is available for transport and lifting operations.

A partial edition of this exclusive model is now also available at the Herpa brand shop.

Vespa exhibition at the Herpa-Museum

You always wanted to know how a Herpa model is created? In our museum, we show you the steps from development to dispatch on an airplane and a truck model.

You are a die-hard Vespa fan? Then our special exhibition is just for you. Everything on two wheels is displayed here. Set up in cooperation with Jürgen Kamm you can marvel at Vespas but also purchase the original ones.

Afterwards you have the opportunity to buy great special models and last remainders from long sold-out items. As member of one of our Herpa clubs you'll enjoy a discount on our miniature models.

Military exhibition at the Herpa-Museum

Little models - big awe! On over 400 square meters you can witness the unbelievable fascination of our models in the most versatile worlds and of course Herpa's over 60 year history.

The Muna-Museum currently supports us with a special exhibition in Dietenhofen. Uniforms in various camouflage designs are displayed. This military exhibition is presented by the Association for regional military history Frankenhöhe e.V from Marktbergel.

Afterwards you have the opportunity to buy rarities, special models and specialties for collectors, tinkerers and converters. As member of one of our Herpa clubs you'll enjoy a discount.
