With the Herpa trademark shop, Herpa links its model data base with participating Herpa toy and model stores. From the Herpa trademark store, you can order any available models and even hunt down models already sold out ex works. Our order system will initiate a search for your desired model at all associated Herpa toy and model stores. If the ordered models are in stock, you will receive them within just a few days. If not, you will be notified via email. No additional costs will incur. |

Pre-book new releases as usual from your toy and model store. You can obtain your desired models from your Herpa toy and model store as accustomed, or via the trademark shop. In this case, your toy and model store will send the items directly to your home. Future models, i.e. new releases of the coming months, will be added to the trademark shop immediately after their first delivery. Reserve your new releases in time at your nearest Herpa store - either by phone or directly in the store. Herpa trademark shop also for eXtra models and spare parts service. The Herpa eXtra shop in its former design is to be replaced by the trademark shop, i.e. Herpa eXtra models and the spare parts service will henceforth also have their own areas in the trademark shop. The Herpa trademark shop is operated in cooperation between Herpa and the associated toy and model stores with the service provider Arendicom (e-shop-direct.com). The latter will handle both order processing and logistics. Please note that your former login is no longer valid. Please register anew for your first order from the trademark shop.
