Day of the Open House at Herpa in Dietenhofen | Dear Herpa-Fan
Next Saturday, July 7 2012, you can see for yourself with how much passion for detail a Herpa model is created. During our Open House in Dietenhofen, the Herpa family is going to demonstrate the path of a model from the big original to construction, mold construction, production, paint and print shop up to the assembly of the perfect 1/87 scale reproduction.
Next to a tour through production, you can expect a big truck show - including all "Herpa presents" trucks and other showtrucks of airbrush artists like Walter Rosner and Peter Litger. Car friends can look forward to a large vintage car exhibition and for remodelers and collectors, our freelancers will demonstrate how to additionally paint or remodel Herpa models or how to even fit them with an engine. The museum and our museum shop will be open as well and plenty of food and beverages will be available.

| MAN TGX XXL curtain canvas semitrailer "Krone"
Today, Krone is Europe’s second-largest manufacturer of truck and semitrailers. In Werlte, Emsland, about 800 employees annually produce about 25,000 vehicle units on the 70 hectare premises. The current Mega Liner lives up to its name. Because it not only features a mega loading volume of 100 cubic meters but also mega equipment. It inter alia has a new hydraulic elevating roof with 450 mm lift height for easier loading and unloading and a special varnish procedure protects it from perforation corrosion. Get your special model of the International Truck Grand Prix! In addition a large assortment of miniature models awaits you at the Herpa stand. Our public relations team will be happy to answer your questions. Members of our clubs will be invited to a club drink and will get a discount of 10%. We look forward to your visit from at stand B7 (Industriepark). For your convenience, you will find all fair dates set so far for 2012 on our website.

Find your coveted collector's models now at www.herpa.de - your nearest Herpa toy and model store will deliver it directly to your doorstep.
With the Herpa trademark shop, Herpa links its model data base with participating Herpa toy and model stores. From the Herpa trademark store, you can order any available models and even hunt down models already sold out ex works. Our order system will initiate a search for your desired model at all associated Herpa toy and model stores. If the ordered models are in stock, you will receive them within just a few days. If not, you will be notified via email. No additional costs will incur.
