New releases News I 2026
Herpa rings in the new year with a colorful selection

Dear Sirs and Madams,

with the News I 2026 brochure, we are starting the new year with a wide range of products in all areas. We are pleased to present some of the latest developments:

Wings
To mark its 100th anniversary in 2026, Lufthansa has unveiled a Dreamliner in a unique design. The special livery features a blue fuselage with a white crane hovering above, its wings merging into the wings of the aircraft. The Boeing 787-9 with the registration D-ABPU is scheduled to enter regular service in December, heralding the start of the centenary in 2026. This extraordinary Dreamliner is available from Herpa as a high-quality, fully-assembled model for even the most demanding collectors in the 1/500 and 1/200 scales, as well as part of the extremely popular SnapFit series as an easy-to-assemble push-fit model.

The new “Team Airbus” from Eurowings and the German soccer team Borrusia Dortmund, unveiled in 2025, is now also available in the 1/200 scale – as a limited edition, highly detailed and fully-assembled model, as well as an inexpensive but no less authentic push-fit model as part of the Herpa SnapFit range.

Since 2024, Emirates has been the official airline partner of the Wimbledon Championships, the oldest and most prestigious tennis tournament in the world. To highlight this multi-year partnership, the Dubai-based carrier is using the large surface area of one of its 116 “super jumbos” for a striking special livery.

Cars & Trucks
The MiniKits product range is being expanded with the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 18 with Delfis signaling system, the Volkswagen Golf II with closed side windows at the back of the vehicle, the Opel Corsa A SR, and six of our Setra buses from the 80s and 90s for you to decorate yourself.

After reviving new colors for the Ferrari F50 in our latest innovations, we now have new colors for the 348tb and ts. With two semi-civilian variants, the Volkswagen Multivan is featured in the brochure as a taxi and hearse, and the color change to candy white/mojawe beige on the two-tone Volkswagen Grand Califorina 600 bridges the gap to emergency vehicles. This time, THW is represented with a swap body truck with generator trailer from the Singen local branch.

New among the tractors is a small facelift of the DAF XG/XG+, which is available in two colors and has been modified in the grille area. In addition to a vehicle belonging to a trucker babe, there is also the 6-axle semi-trailer from Horeischi Transporte in Baunsbach, driven by asphalt cowboy Kevin. In the display model range, following on from Gio's Silo-Melmer model, there is now also the new Rudolf Diesel silo semi-trailer truck and another tractor unit from Alex Stelzl from Heideck featuring motifs from the blockbuster Top Gun.

In the military section, there are two military police variants based on the Volkswagen T6.1, a DAF XG flatbed semi-trailer truck, which is used in the Netherlands to transport light vehicles, and two 4-axle Iveco Trakker container vehicles, one with and one without a loading crane.
