Dear Sirs and Madams,
the sixth new releases in 2025 once again brings plenty of variety to collectors' showcases. Whether it’s new designs, special color variants, or popular reissues – Cars & Trucks and Wings once again feature the full diversity of models large and small.
Cars & Trucks
Ten new MiniKits – including the Volkswagen T6.1, Mercedes-Benz Vito W639, and various IFA G5 variants – offer plenty of crafting fun. Popular sports and classic models such as the Audi Ur-Quattro, the Ferrari F50 with movable tailgate, and the DTM Opel Calibra are being reissued in fresh color variations. In the emergency vehicle sector, there is an anniversary Sprinter RTW to mark the 175th anniversary of the Berlin Fire Department, as well as two Sprinter flat-roof models from Nuremberg and Hamburg. A new design feature is the flat cab version of the MAN TGX GN, which is available as a 2- and 3-axle tractor unit and in combination with a concrete mixer trailer. One special collector's item is the detailed MAN F8 Auf Achse (“on the road”) tractor unit in special packaging. Meanwhile, the new Ingo Dinges show truck with Wickie tractor unit and a jumbo chrome tank is available as a PC model. Herpa is also making its mark in the construction and municipal sectors with Liebherr mobile excavators and wheel loaders in new colors, as well as special vehicles from Strabag, Latussek, Weber, and Emmrich Transporte.
Wings
Herpa’s aviation division is presenting some extraordinary items in this last release package of 2025. The Tibet Airlines A319neo is the first 1:500 scale model of the smallest version of the A320neo family. The Condor A320 FlyPink is an emotional model, with its strikingly pink special livery supporting an international breast cancer initiative. It combines a highly detailed model with a powerful message. Meanwhile, the Qantas Freight A321 “Santa's Freight” creates a Christmassy atmosphere, helping Santa deliver his gifts on time. The technically quite exciting Boeing 737 Max 10 is presented for the first time, and is announced in its striking test livery as the longest member of the Max family. Finally, the Douglas DC-7 in 1:200 scale offers a look back into history. The MQ-9 drone featured in News V is being expanded to include two variants. One is an MQ-9 used by NASA for research and data-recording flights in the usual NASA colors, and the other is a US Air Force operational aircraft with a typical payload.
