New releases News V 2026
Fascinating model highlights on the road and in the air

Dear Sirs and Madams,

with the News V 2026 brochure, we are once again presenting a selection of miniature models crafted with attention to detail that are sure to delight collectors. Let us introduce some of the new products:

Wings
Anniversaries remain a central theme in this fifth release package, providing several new Herpa Wings highlights. Scandinavia’s SAS is celebrating its 80th anniversary with a special livery. In addition, Boeing’s bestseller, the 737, turns 60 this year. Herpa commemorates the literally humble beginnings of this six-decade-long success story with a small series of models from the twin-engine jet’s early days.

Australia’s Qantas is drawing attention to the vibrant underwater world: with a special livery featuring, the airline with the well-known kangaroo on the tail aims to raise awareness for the fragility and importance of the world’s largest coral reef system, which sees additional risks due to global warming. As an official licensee, Herpa is initially presenting two variants in the 1/200 scale.

Many more exciting new releases, including the long-awaited “Wanderlust” special livery of Swiss in 1/500, await fans of Herpa Wings in this fifth package.

Cars & Trucks
A new model and a highlight at the same time is the BG 180 T-7 motor grader from HBM-Nobas, which further expands the range of construction machinery for road building. We were able to reproduce many of its features here on a 1/87 scale. Other construction machines include the telescopic loader in municipal orange telescopic loader and the tandem roller from Matthäi, a major construction company based in northern Germany.

MiniKits and standard H0 passenger car models are being released in new colors, including two vehicles from the DTM: the Mercedes-Benz C180 from the mid-90s and the Opel Astra V8 Coupé from the early 2000s, as well as two TT-scale models.

In the emergency vehicles sector, in addition to three German police vehicles, there is also one from Ireland. In addition to brand-new models of fire departments from Frankfurt am Main, Wuppertal, Wiesbaden, and Düsseldorf, there is also one from Italy. The anniversary year in Berlin concludes with the VW T3 and the roll-off container set. Furthermore, two new accessory sets for fire departments are being released.

Two new trailer trucks from Werneke and Höhner are accompanied by two older models from Willi Betz and a Scania featuring advertising for Bärenmarke. In addition to German trucking companies such as Dachser and Wandt, vehicles from Norway, Austria, and Switzerland are also featured.

The elaborately detailed premium models come from Denmark this time, while the display case models are part of the Stelzl and Ingo Dinges series.

For the military line, the two passenger cars and tarpaulin trucks round out the assortment.

Microcity also offers four new mold designs, and with Trends Hobby, we’re introducing a new product line in 1/64 scale.
