Dear Sirs and Madams,

We wish to inform you in advance that our opening hours in Dietenhofen will change as of June 8, 2026.

The Museumsshop and the associated “World of Motion” museum will in future only be open on Event Saturdays. These are expected to take place once a month..

The dates already scheduled for our Event Saturdays and the Christmas Village remain unchanged for 2026 and, we are pleased to say, will be supplemented by two further dates, so that you will still have the opportunity to visit us regularly on site.

If you have placed orders via our Museumsshop, these will of course remain valid. Moreover, we are pleased to announce that our new Click & Collect service will be available starting 8 June 2026.

This means that you can continue to place orders by telephone on 09824/951-278 or via email at museumsshop@herpa.de. As soon as the items are available, you will be notified and welcome to collect them in Dietenhofen at the following times:

Collection times for orders:
> Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00
> On scheduled Event Saturdays
