Dear Herpa-Fan,

As it gets darker and cooler outside, the main season starts for Herpa collectors. And with the new releases for November and December 2018, Herpa brings fresh colors and shapes into the Collection for the gray season ahead. In the last new releases, this year’s Christmas model has already been announced, for which the new Iveco Stralis Highway XP cab type was used. Now we release this brand-new cab in the color variants white, blue and red as well, plus in the colorful “Race-Truck” design. Another eye-catcher is the “Lionheart” showtruck by forwarder Heide-Logistik from Kirchlinteln, Lower Saxony. The spectacular Scania SC 20 high-roof refrigerated box semitrailer was premiered at this year’s Trucker-Festival in Assen, Netherlands, and is released true to the original in the 1/87 scale.

With the launch of the new livery at the beginning of this year, Lufthansa has once again assumed a leading role in the Herpa Collection. The crane airline is represented three times in Herpa’s 11-12/2018 new releases – twice in the new livery in the 1/500 and 1/200 scales, and once sporting the 1960s livery in the 1/200 scale.
